First Friday Gallery Walk is ongoing! Join local artists and businesses for our monthly Gallery Walk. First Friday has returned to Allentown with extended business hours and the distinctive browsing and shopping experience that only local businesses can provide.
First Fridays were temporarily suspended due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Regular monthly gallery walks resumed May 7, with appropriate social distancing implemented in participating galleries and shops. Allentown’s gallery walk, known as “First Fridays”, is one of the most popular monthly events in the city of Buffalo. Growing from just a handful of galleries to dozens of venues in and adjacent to Allentown, on the first Friday of each month from 6 to 9 pm, Allentown art galleries, performance artists, musicians, restaurants, retailers, and more come together to create a rich cultural attraction. Select galleries Downtown and in the Elmwood Village also participate in Allentown First Fridays.
