Download the application and mail it to the Allentown Association, Inc., 61 College Street, Buffalo, NY 14201.
All applications must be sent to the Allentown Association, Inc. and be postmarked NO LATER THAN March 31, 2021 in order to be considered for this year’s festival. Due to COVID-19, Fees can be sent in by May 13, 2021.
- Applications that are postmarked after March 31, 2021 may be considered at the sole discretion of the Allentown Association, Inc.
- If accepted, late applicants should not anticipate placement in their previous years booth space. Such spaces will have already been assigned to other applicants.
Notification and terms of acceptance will be sent by mail on April 28, 2021. If you are not chosen for this year’s festival your fees will be returned.
Fees will not be returned after May 25, 2021 if you withdraw from the festival.
NOTE: Rolled-over 2020 applications must also be postmarked no later than March 13, 2021.
