Janelle Dubenion and Lucille Altieri are the proud owners of Presto! restaurant in the heart of Allentown. Both gained a wealth of knowledge and experience working for various cafes & restaurants throughout Buffalo over the past 20 years.
Inspired by the need for more healthy eating options in a sea of chicken wings and pork fried rice, they developed an expansive menu with “a little something for every bunny”. The menu and store front are adorned with a white rabbit to suggest a bit of speed and magic in reference to service and satisfaction.
Presto! is an international restaurant, not focused on any one style of eater, but rather food for all humans, no matter the proclivity or restriction of diet. The owners of Presto love being part of the Allentown community and look forward to forming relationships with foodies from near and far! ”
