All applications and fees must be submitted or postmarked NO LATER THAN April 3 in order to be considered for this year’s Festival.
Applications submitted after April 3 may be considered, however all booth spaces after this date will be subject to a $60 late fee.
IMPORTANT! Please read ALL application instructions. If you have any questions about requirements, please email allenwestfest@allentown.org. Failure to adhere to application or Festival requirements may result in removal from the Festival.
Artists/vendors will be notified by email if accepted or not. If you apply and do not receive an email by May 1, please email allenwestfest@allentown.org.

The Festival is traditionally held on Allen Street from Elmwood to Wadsworth and Wadsworth Street from Allen to Hudson.
The Festival is produced by The Allentown Association, Inc. and promotes local artists and craftspeople from throughout Western New York as well as Allentown Businesses. In recent years there have been over 150 participating artists, vendors, restaurants and local businesses!
This event is the largest fundraiser for the Allentown Association. Proceeds help with the Association’s mission to promote historic preservation in the Allentown National Historic District as well as regionally and to benefit the Allentown neighborhood though community gardens/beautification, crime and safety awareness and to promote the year-round cultural attractions of the Historic District.
