There are several houses on the block of Wadsworth
Street between St. John's and Hudson Street which are worth noting. At 43 Wadsworth is a classic example of an
Italianate style brick home with brackets and arched windows dating from the
1860s. 35 Wadsworth is a frame Queen
Anne style house dating from the 1880s with an older structure in the rear
which may have been at the site from the late 1850s.
