The striking Queen Anne style house at 38 Park Street sits elegantly on its tall foundation overlooking a street of beautiful homes. The house was in the same Allentown family for almost 100 years. Edward Knibloe had it built in 1888 and it was occupied by his daughter, Evelyn Knibloe until 1975.
The house then changed hands twice before being purchased in 1999 by its current owner, a Buffalo native returning to the city after almost twenty years away.
