An 1883 Buffalo Address Book places Albert Love as living at this house. Later, Orlando W. Cheney, who worked at Maytham’s Tug (Mr. Maytham was the original builder of 26 Richmond at The Circle) was reported to live at this address in the mid-1880s. A later 1888 address book places George H. Kinter as residing in this house.
