This spectacular Italianate house had its porch completely rebuilt in 1995. The house features an “L” shaped plan and has the hallmark Italianate features: paired brackets under the eaves, a rounded window in the front gable, and segmental arched windows with stone stills on the first and second floors. The home also features a special entryway with a segmented fan design transom. The house has a stick balustraded second floor balcony that gives lovely vistas over the park.
