This two story Queen Anne dwelling is distinguished by the handsome window treatment that joins the gable and second floor. This house still retains part of its original cast iron fencing. Professor Pitt, who made his home here in the 1880s petitioned the Common Council of Buffalo in 1882 to build this home which was originally 22' X 48' in size, being two stories high.
