There will be no weddings this summer at the Butler Mansion at North St. and Delaware Ave.  The landmark is owned by the University at Buffalo which has closed it to public gatherings and filled it with offices involved in the university’s expansion in and near  the Medical Campus. About 40 UB employees will be working in the building...    

Gretchan Grobe is chairperson of the 2008 Allen West Festival to be held in conjunction with the Allentown Village Society’s Allentown Art Festival June 14 and 15. Applications from exhibitors are running ahead of last year for Allen West, which is sponsored by the Allentown Association.
