Starting Point:Theodore Roosevelt National Inaugural Site Carriage House, 641 Delaware Ave.

$15 pre-sale and $20 day-of-event

This year's tour includes, for the first time ever, the Twentieth Century Club, as well as twelve other unique properties, both residential and commercial, on Delaware, Elmwood, Franklin, North, Irving, Wadsworth and Park.

Another unique feature of this year’s tour is its starting point at the reconstructed carriage house at the Roosevelt site.  This beautiful addition to the former Wilcox Mansion replaces a carriage house demolished decades ago, and it is only one of the many new features of the historic site, which now includes exciting multimedia displays to make Roosevelt’s inauguration truly come alive for visitors.

Other sites on the tour include all the unique architectural styles that make Allentown such a distinctive neighborhood, as well as some contemporary surprises. Once guests pick up their booklets at the starting point, the tour is self-guided and ticket holders are free to visit the properties in whichever order they choose.

Tickets to the Secrets of Allentown Tour are $15 pre-sale or $20 the day of the event. Advance tickets may be purchased on the Web at www.tickets.com, in person at the customer service desk in all Tops Friendly Markets locations, and at the Allentown/Elmwood shops Quaker Bonnet Eatery, Positively Main Street, and Allentown Athletix.  Day of event tickets may be purchased at the Theodore Roosevelt National Inaugural Site.

Attendees of the Secrets of Allentown tour of historic homes will receive discounts at participating Allentown restaurants. In addition, ticket holders are welcome to stop in at a free wine tasting at the Troop I Post/Hamlin House, 432 Franklin.
